“I had a good experience, and I enjoy painting very much. The instructor was nice and gave detailed instructions. There are several things that Wine and Canvas could do to improve the customer's experience. Firstly, all venues should be ADA wheelchair accessible. I would like to see Wine and Canvas take a stand and refuse hosts that are not. Secondly, there is never enough room between painters. This also makes it difficult for bar/restaurant staff to serve food and drinks. In addition, it makes the experience very uncomfortable for people with mobility impairments or of larger size. Finally, rooms should be arranged so everyone has a clear view of the painting. Instructors may want to bring multiple copies of paintings that are offered on a regular basis, so everyone in the room has a decent view of the finished result.”
