“The only reason I knocked a star is the communication in emails with the party planner. She never answered me in several emails with me asking if I needed to come in and pay. I’m thankful I called before the party because it wasn’t setup. The staff was exceptional though!! They went above and beyond for us! The gaming was a little underwhelming, but they made that party up with us- again the staff was amazing, and I appreciate them making a fun birthday party for my son!”

“We had a tournament with 24 teams and the staff was very kind, attentive and helpful. They took care of us and treated everyone like we were special. The price was great and helped us to raise some money for scholarships. We will continue to support Western Bowl for all our tournaments.”
