“I had to cancel my planned trip last month because my brother died unexpectedly. I did not mention this when I canceled the trip, but when I contacted you and requested a refund, you sent me a refund with no hassle and no questions. To be honest, I was not sure of your refund policy or if you even gave refunds and at the time, there was so much going on I would not have been able to follow up. I only travel to NYC on occasion, but I will be using your services every time I travel to the area. Thank you for your integrity and dedication to customer service.”
