“The young man who delivered yesterday brought my delivery to my home. He was terrific... he IS NOT the usual delivery person, who never attempts to deliver, but leaves everything out at the mailbox on the main road, often uncovered & damaged (I have even had to scale the hill behind the mailboxes!). I receive a plethora of deliveries, some rather heavy, all expensive. I can understand not delivering in winter, but there is no excuse for not bringing it to me at this time of year (except laziness). We regularly repair the road & many other trucks come in. This has been an ongoing & expensive problem for several years... it is inexcusable.”
