“In BlueRibbon is er weinig flexibiliteit en steeds dezelfde taken uit te voeren. Zelfs sommige coaches en K2 zijn weinig gemotiveerd om andere taken aan werknemers aan te leren. Jammer, want sommige werknemers willen meer leren en meer flexibel zijn, doch hier wordt er weinig naar geluisterd.”
