He was very informative, communicated with me frequently, and assured everything was running smoothly. He was also accommodating as for form of payment for the service, which I truly appreciated. Brad who portrayed Elmo character was excellent: showed up on time, entertained the kids, posed for pictures, and also made balloon toys/ tattoos for them.
