However when I did go into the store and the salesman, (who told me the item isn't carried in stock), was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish rather than offering discounts after one has bought a lampshade, you offered the discount when buying. Most apartment dwellers, like me, don't have that many lamps and don't need lampshades that often --we need them when we need them. I found your website good b/c the information was more complete on materials and measurements than other website and the product was good. I think I was able to call for advice which I appreciated.”
