Nemuri Kuma Jujitsu has been the premier Danzan Ryu Jujitsu dojo in Northern Sacramento since 2002. Danzan Ryu Jujitsu is the most widely practiced form of traditional jujitsu in the United States. Beginning students learn balance, stance work, anatomy, leverage, escape, joint manipulation, and simple takedowns.
