Our well lit, secure, 100% concrete facility is easily accessible to residents of Houston, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Katy, Fulshear, Alvin and all of the surrounding areas. Luxury Boat and RV storage has fully enclosed storage units with lights and electricity in each unit. The facility offers many amenities including a cell phone activated access gate, security cameras, an RV Dump station, four commercial icemakers, four air compressors, four wash down areas, 20, 30, 40 & 50 amp service on select units, oversized units, and two clean, well stocked restrooms. Luxury Boat & RV Storage also has a variety of unit sizes - 35', 38', 40', 45', 50', & 55' fully enclosed units are available to rent. In addition we have 73', 80' & 85' pull through units. Luxury Boat & RV Storage puts it's tenants needs first and offers top notch customer service.

“Great customer service. Awesome facility. I will be a customer as long as I have an RV and you all keep up the great work. would love to see an RV wash with racks so I can wash my roof safely and easily as part of your expansion. Should be an extra charge with a touch pay point of sale.”

“Very nice place. All the extras we need. However, one renter said there are mice and I will be putting out traps to see if they make it into my unit. The gate code did not work correctly once. We were able to work around it, but it was a problem.”
