“We had Keane perform a complete front yard makeover - only one lonely Magnolia tree remained after Demo day. They added new mortared, rebar-reinforced stone walls, moss boulders, a new custom designed OK flagstone walkway, new sweeping landscape in all the new beds, a new Pistachio Tree and new emerald Zoysia sod. Now I can't wait until late summer when the flowerbeds will turn our yard into colorful artwork.”

“You all need to have a follow-through effort. I met with a handsome young Irish man some time ago, and I have never received a follow-up estimate with any detail. I have never even received another word from him. He tried to put the ball in my court, which is just inappropriate to ask the customer to do all the work! You guys need to get your act together. I have asked over and over and over and over again for a detailed, line-item estimate for a pool remodeling job. Never got one.”
