We offer a range of traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative/Meditation classes catered to beginners and experienced practitioners.  We aim to make yoga accessible for all body types in a relaxing, safe environment, and offer the practice of yoga to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Hatha is an alignment-based practice that balances strength and flexibly while focusing on the breath.

Vinyasa is an energizing practice that connects breath and movement to create heat and awareness of mind and body.
