Our wood stove pipe was leaking a little bit of water, and First Class Chimney Services sent out two of their employees to come out and check it out. The employees were friendly and educational. I asked to follow them around so I could learn, and they had no problems with it and showed me exactly what the cause was. The price was fair, and the estimate was much lower than other local companies. I had doubts due to the low price, but they delivered as exactly as they said they would. And no more leaks.
