“Our situation was that we had our master bath flooded from the town's contractor flushing the main sewer lines. Water and foam came up through the toilet. Emerg NC came out within 2 hours of contact, had the foam and water cleaned up, installed dehumidifiers and blowers to dry the room out. We learned that the flooring would need to be replaced. Tim handled the demolition and was fantastic. Always kept us abreast of the activities and targeted completion. He also put us in touch with Josh to handle putting the vanity, plumbing and flooring back before the incident. Josh was also wonderful in keeping us up to date on the status of the project and completion date. “The ceiling was damanged because of a leak. You guys brought in dryers dried the ceiling and the plaster. Great response from the guy who did the work. We did not get a good follow up to replace the drywall a d replace the hole in the ceiling. Overall you guys did a very good job.”

That aside, I was very happy with the result, and heard from neighbors who used other services that they were still waiting on repairs months after our work was successfully completed.
