“The food has always been great and the people that takes the orders are wonderful. The financial department or upper management needs to know how deal with customers. Especially regular ones. We are a big company and order food from here are the time. Our credit card company had some concerns about some purchases and stopped all transactions. The lady that called to tell us they had an issue charging our card was extremely rude. Within hours we were able to fix the issue and they were able to get their payment. Just because of that behavior, we won’t be doing business with them anymore.”
