I think it took too long after the install to finish everything - it was a month before the painters came and they didn't seem to have any idea what they were supposed to do but once settled, they were meticulous and did an excellent job. It was another month to get a repair on a pane that had cracked during installation. There was additional molding that was installed and it changed the size of the interior openings - I had to replace a window shade as the one I had no longer fit. I was not aware this was going to be the case. After all that, I do have really nice windows.”
