“We now live in Tennessee in a new home. For the fifth time in a new home I phoned Beyond Storage and this closet was designed and fabricated from phone calls, photos and email drawings. We picked up all of the parts on a visit back to St. Louis. Upon doing the DIY installation, we discovered some shelving and rods were cut to the incorrect length. Beyond Storage cut new pieces and shipped them to our home. It is wonderful to deal with a company that takes responsibility for mistakes (we all make them) and then rectifies the matter. They will be my choice if ever I need another Custom Closet.”

“Melissa is awesome! Installation was OK. They had to come back to fix a baseboard that wasn't anchored. Not a big deal..easy fix. I ended up with a ton of little holes in my lockers that we had to put plastic plugs in. The holes were not supposed to be there, but Melissa came over and put the plugs in. All in all, I'm happy with the product. If it weren't for those 2 things I would have given 5 stars. I have referred you to others and will continue to do so.”
