“We chose Amerispec for our first home inspection. Our inspector Bob was prompt. He was already at the property when we got there. Overall Bob was amazing! He was super knowledgeable and gave us such great detailed important facts and tips for two very unaware city dwellers who are not used to septic systems and wells. Bob was patient when we had questions, personable, funny, very kind, and super smart! It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon learning so much. We were very impressed!”
