“The service in the store was great. The delivery was not the best. I had a recliner delivered and the chair made a noise. I asked what was causing the noise and was told that it would go away. I finally lifted the chair and found that the secure plastic pieces to keep the swivel mechanism in place weren’t removed. Training issue possibly?”
