“Customer service was great. When I called to place my order, the phone was answered immediately. As promised, my rental was waiting for us at our house. When I realized we needed extra extension cords for recharging I called and again there was no waiting for an answer and the cords were delivered very quickly. The folks I spoke with were super friendly. I will be renting from A-JAX again next year.”

“The ordering process was easy. Carts were delivered well in advance and ready for use upon our arrival. We had a small issue with a battery light coming on and the gentleman came out and fixed it early the next morning, so it was like nothing ever happened. Our families were able to use the carts every day and made our trips to the beach and little errands much easier. (Especially from being out of town) If I had to describe quickly express my expreince: Simple, Efficient, and Well worth it! Thank you and we'll definitely use again if we find ourselves in Garden City again.”
