We had a slight error that we received the wrong cart and they immediately called, apologized and gave the choice of switching them out or giving a price difference refund since the cart we received was cheaper than what was ordered and paid for. We just took the refund and kept what we had because it was perfectly fine. Highly recommend this company!”
